Vice President of Operations
Justin Bell
Justin Bell, BCOMM, MPP is the Vice President of Operations at Reza Health, where he works alongside Dr. Mohammed Reza to administer comprehensive healthcare services to individuals living with HIV in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, and Ormond Beach, Florida. His passion for improving care for the HIV-positive community is deeply rooted in his own experience with the disease. Diagnosed with AIDS in 2007 after contracting HIV through a medical procedure in 2001, Justin faced a life-changing prognosis but went on to rebuild his life and become a strong advocate for HIV education and support.
After recovering, Justin became involved with Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida’s AIDS Care and Education (ACE) program, where he served as a peer counselor. His advocacy work includes co-organizing the Northeast Florida World AIDS Day Committee and founding Friends of The Quilt, a nonprofit that promotes HIV awareness and honors The AIDS Memorial Quilt. Through these efforts, he has worked tirelessly to reduce stigma and increase education about HIV, especially encouraging regular testing for all individuals.
At Reza Health, Justin combines his personal journey and professional expertise to ensure people living with HIV receive the highest standard of care. His mission is clear: to educate, eradicate stigma, and advocate for people with HIV until the fight is won. Justin’s leadership is essential to the success of Reza Health’s people-centered approach to healthcare, making a lasting impact on the lives of those he serves.
