Meet Dr. Reza
Mohammed Reza, MD, is an HIV specialist and a leader in the treatment of infectious diseases. He regularly works with at-risk communities to provide education and treatment. Dr. Reza is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He sees patients at Reza Health, which has offices in west Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, Florida
Dr. Reza completed his master’s degree in neuroscience at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Hampshire County. He earned his medical degree at Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherlands Antilles. Dr. Reza went on to complete an internship and internal medicine residency at Pennsylvania State Hershey Medical Center. He then undertook further fellowship training in infectious diseases at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
Additionally, Dr. Reza trained in Obesity Medicine, having completed courses at the Institute of Human Nutrition (IHN) at Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Reza is currently a hospital physician at the Mayo Clinic in the Department of Hospital Medicine in Jacksonville. He is the former medical director at CAN Community Health, which has clinics in Jacksonville and Daytona, Florida.
Dr. Reza is on the speaker bureau for Thera Technologies. He is a public speaker, a thought leader, and an infectious disease specialist who educates the community on COVID-19, HIV, monkeypox, and polio. Dr. Reza has appeared on 150+ local and national news stories, as well as town hall events. He is passionate about helping people live healthy and productive lives.

Meet Ne'Tosha Dopson-Woodall
Ne’Tosha Dopson-Woodall, PA-C is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Medical Sciences from Barry University and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Bethune-Cookman University. She has specialized in HIV care since 2001 at Various organizations including the Department of Health, AHF, Sulzbacher Medical, and Crossroads Health and Wellness Center.
Ne’Tosha was appointed by the mayor of Jacksonville as a representative to the Ryan White Planning Council from 2016 - 2021. During that time, she served as Vice Chair as well as on several committees including as chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. She was awarded the Ryan White “Medical Provider of the Year” award in 2003 and 2012. Her passion for healthcare extends beyond her employment doing live and virtual educational talks in the community and nationwide on HIV and PrEP.
She is excited to assist persons in starting and continuing to take care of their overall health at Reza Health.
